The Faithful Haven Collective is made up of multiple birth/postpartum doulas and other knowledgeable providers to help support families from pre-conception to postpartum. Although we all practice under separate entity names, we support each other as a whole to provide all of our clients with the best service possible. This is a safe, loving haven that accepts everyone for who they are. It’s not our birth and not our baby, we are here to support families however that looks like to them. We have created this space to support all birthing people, to meet them where they are at & support them from beginning and beyond.
Are you a new doula, interested in becoming a doula, or seeking mentorship and community? Join Faithful Haven to learn about our supportive network and discover how you can become part of our tribe.

Rebecca Vasquez
"Hello, I’m Rebecca, the founder of Labor of Love. I am a fertility, birth, and postpartum doula who is passionate about supporting families through every stage of their journey into parenthood. As a mother of two, I understand firsthand how transformative pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum season can be. My own empowering birth experiences, supported by my doula from Faithful Haven Collective, inspired my deep belief in the importance of informed and compassionate support.
Before becoming a doula, I spent over eight years working in childcare, building a strong foundation in nurturing care, advocacy, and family centered support. Hearing a wide range of birth stories, both positive and challenging, further confirmed my calling to support families during this meaningful season.
As a certified fertility doula, I also support individuals and couples navigating fertility journeys with education, emotional support, and compassionate care. I recognize that every path to parenthood looks different and believe no one should feel alone in the process.
Family is at the heart of my doula philosophy. I believe birth is best experienced with a strong and trusted support system, and I place a strong emphasis on helping families feel confident in their delivery room support. As your doula, I provide unbiased education, emotional encouragement, and physical comfort while honoring your values, preferences, and autonomy. My goal is to be a calm and reassuring presence and help you create positive, meaningful memories throughout your journey.
Rebecca serves clients in Washington, Ozaukee, Waukesha, Milwaukee, and Fond du Lac counties."
Flynn Cibik
Hi my name is Flynn and I am very passionate about guiding women and families throughout the entire birth journey. There is so much happening before, during, and after birth, and finding someone to be there to support you and hold your hand throughout the process is what I’m here for.
My passion and love for babies and birth came about through the birth of my 2 children. Giving birth to my babies was an incredible experience that changed me in every way. Each of my births was very different and I realized that there is so much that can happen during the birthing process. There is beauty in the diversity of birth and that is something that I feel very strongly about. Every birth is wonderful and valid and I am very supportive of the individual and what she needs in order to feel fulfilled with the experience. I believe that mothers should be able to have the birth that they desire and I want to be there for you to be your advocate.
One thing that really made my own births so special, was the support and care that I received after my deliveries. That support and encouragement really set me up for success when it came to all of the things that follow giving birth. Whether it be doing some dishes, watching the kiddos so you can nap, or just bringing some needed postpartum items, I feel that help is extremely important in taking some of the load off. It really does take a village!
Flynn serves clients in Washington, Ozaukee, Milwaukee and Sheboygan Counties.
