‘blessingway ceremonies’
A Mother’s Blessing, traditionally called a ‘Blessingway’, is an intimate, Mother centered gathering. It is a ceremony respectfully borrowed from a deeply rooted Dine Navajo tradition designed to come together in a supportive circle to bless the expectant Mother’s way ahead into labor and Motherhood. Only the closest, most precious Women in the Mother’s life attend, passing on positivity, support, love and wisdom. This celebratory ceremony includes beautiful rituals, pampering on the Mother, and nourishing refreshments. A great alternative or addition to a “classic” baby shower!
